Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Efimis, 3 2nd Street, Suite 803, Jersey City, NJ 07302 (“Efimis” or the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
The prize draw is open to registered attendees of ILTACON 2026, taking place from 23–27 August 2026 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Nashville, Tennessee.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Employees, officers and contractors of Efimis, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
No purchase necessary
No purchase, payment or commitment to purchase any product or service is necessary to enter or win.
How to enter
To enter, eligible attendees must complete and submit the Efimis ILTACON survey during the promotional period.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Promotional period
The prize draw closes on Friday 28 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be included.
The prize
One winner will receive an Amazon.com Gift Card with a value of US$350.
The prize is subject to Amazon’s applicable gift card terms and conditions and may only be used for eligible purchases.
The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable, except where required by law. Efimis reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
The draw will take place on or around 1st September 2026.
Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry within five business days of the draw.
The winner may be required to confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within seven days, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, Efimis reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Taxes
Any federal, state, local or other taxes arising from receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner where applicable.
Data protection and privacy
Personal information submitted in connection with the prize draw will be used to administer the promotion, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.
Where an entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications from Efimis, their information may also be used for those purposes in accordance with the Efimis Privacy Policy.
Entry into the prize draw does not require consent to receive marketing communications.
Disqualification
Efimis reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise attempts to manipulate the operation of the prize draw.
Changes or cancellation
Efimis reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Efimis will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received due to technical failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This promotion is organised solely by Efimis and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Amazon, the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), ILTACON, or the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

Applicable law
The prize draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
These Terms and Conditions and the prize draw are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Acceptance of these terms
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the prize draw, subject to applicable law.
